Robert W. Rohlin founded Dos Espadas, LLC in 2012 to do one thing well: build and lead great companies at the same time. He pairs deep technical expertise with the administrative discipline to keep many projects moving — designing the systems, setting the strategy, and staying close to the details across every brand under the Dos Espadas umbrella.
For two decades Robert served as a senior instructor and curriculum architect at IBM, where he became the company's go-to expert for enterprise AIOps — applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to automated IT operations since 2018, well ahead of the current AI wave. He holds a post-graduate AI & Machine Learning credential from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business and a Generative AI credential from Johns Hopkins University, and he carries a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating across 24+ years of training Fortune 500 companies, U.S. government agencies, and global telecoms.
Beyond technology, Robert is a firearms safety instructor of 20 years, a pastor of 46 years, a Nutritional Health Consultant, and the published author of six books.
